Community Check-In Survey

Our community is continuously changing. As new development takes place, your Community Association wants to represent the views and wishes of Cliff Bungalow-Mission residents in our discussions with developers and the City of Calgary. We are therefore conducting a Community Check-In to gauge your thoughts on various topics.

As an inner-city community we are being tasked by the City to accommodate more density – more people and more businesses – than is envisioned in our Area Redevelopment Plans. Should this come at the expense of our heritage buildings, our green spaces or our low- to medium-height built form? And if we are forced to accept higher buildings, what should we get in return as compensation (also known as density bonusing)?
