Email address for the Mayor is themayor@calgary.ca
Email address for Councillors is firstname.lastname@calgary.ca.
You can also do it from the website www.calgary.ca. At the bottom of the first page is a link to Council. Then go to contact for each Council member. Your personal message is more effective than a canned message we might give you.
