The Cliff Bungalow-Mission Jazz Concert series

If you don't want a long drive and you like jazz then here's an event for you. The Cliff Bungalow-Mission Community Association sponsors a monthly jazz concert series at the community hall which features some of Calgary's best jazz musicians and ensembles. This series provides an ideal opportunity to spend a relaxing evening in the community. The concerts take place on the first wednesday of every month from September until June. Each 2 hour performance starts at 8 pm so everybody can get a good night sleep and be rested the next morning. Coffee, tea, and beverages are served. There is a $15 cover fee for each event ($10 for students and community association members). Tickets are sold at the door (cash only). These concerts are generally well attended and full houses are no longer an exception. Doors open at 7:30 pm. For up to date information on the concerts, please check out: www.janmuldersounds.com/CJPS.htm or call 403-650-7695.
